Popular Kenyan TikTok personality Patrick Mbacio, widely known to his audience as “Patrick The Truth,” has been found dead at his residence in Nakuru.

Mbacio was discovered unresponsive inside his house over the weekend of September 26-27, 2026. Local authorities, including the area assistant chief, have confirmed the death. Police have secured the residence and launched an official investigation to determine the circumstances leading to his passing.
